The Location

Piney Point Lighthouse is the oldest lighthouse on the Potomac River, standing watch over the waters of St. Mary's County since 1836. Now a museum and public park, it remains one of Southern Maryland's most beloved landmarks — a quiet guardian near where the Potomac meets the Bay.
