Chesapeake Focus Return Policy
Overview
At Chesapeake Focus, we take great pride in the quality of our prints. Because our items are produced to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer's remorse.
Defective or Damaged Prints
We stand behind our work. The only exception to our final sale policy is if your print arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
To qualify for a replacement or refund under these conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof: You must provide clear photographs of both the damaged/defective print and the packaging it arrived in.
Note: Due to variations in monitor and screen settings, slight color differences between what you see on your screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects.
How to Initiate a Return
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Email our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

Attach clear photos of the damage to the print and the shipping tube/box.

Briefly describe the issue in the body of the email.
Resolution
Once we receive your email and verify the damage or defect, we will require verified destruction of the original print, and will subsequently arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
