How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are declared at checkout. Please note that special custom orders may incur a shipping charge depending on the specific dimensions, materials, and requirements of the piece.

When will my art arrive?

Every Chesapeake Focus piece of artwork is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your piece ships.

Once crafted, your art is carefully packaged and shipped via standard ground delivery (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Transit typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days. You can generally expect your new artwork to arrive at your door within 7 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order, though some pieces will have longer production times. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your piece leaves our production facility.

How is the artwork packaged?

We use specialized, highly durable packaging designed specifically for fine art transport. Even our largest 40x60 statement pieces are secured in custom-fitted, impact-resistant boxing to ensure they arrive in flawless, ready-to-hang condition.

What happens if my art arrives damaged?

While rare, transit damage can happen. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Simply provide a few clear photos of the damage and the original packaging, and we will immediately expedite a free replacement to you.

Can I return art if I change my mind?

Because every piece is made specifically to order for your space, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or sizing errors.
